Not directly from Winamp. You could try importing the playlist into excel as a delimited text file.

Then you could sort it by name and test for duplicates that way.

Winamp3 has a "Remove Duplicate Files" function, if you want to give it a try. Bear in mind that it's still beta though...

Like my photography? Buy some here....

on winamp 2 you could generate a HTML playlist, copy the tracks into notepad or something, and then print it out.

Yep, print screen, and paste in photoshop or paint.

In case you haven't already figured it out,
hit the 'MISC' button at the bottom, then 'MISC OPTS', then Generate HTML Playlist.

Me thinks that Nulsoft/AOL should invest in the karmic rating system for these forums...it's used over at MX6.com and works really well, you have the ability to add or remove karma based on the quality of peoples posts.

If you think you can or think you can't...you're right.

I'd hate that. My rating would get so low I'd have to open a new account every week and I'd never be able to build up a decent post count. I'd probably get rated about -47 for this post for example

It's nice and stress-free the way it is.

ethan_h,

Can I import a list (song number, title, artist, etc.) which is now in Excel into the WinAmp3 Media Library? Also, can the Media Library be divided into columns (song number, title, artist, etc.) so it can be easily sorted?

Thanks in advance,
Street
