Question on graphics

I just made this, and I'm wondering if anyone else would say it looks like a crack in the skin. its only a little preview so zoom in abit. if it don't look like a crack, any sugestions on how to make it look like one? and i can only use MSPaint remember.....

Thanks nini, i suck at PSP tho.....

I'll give it a try an if i cant do it, ill just use what I have now or try make it better.

Looks like a bullet hole. Try to make the lines at the edge branch out a little more like a tree limb.

Some simple arbrushing can do the trick for bulletholes. Just make irregular shapes with black, and it'll look like it was shot.

I'd post an example: I did a drawing required for school of a Swastika flag ripped to shreds and riddled with bulletholes, but I'd rather not post it - as it is offensive to many.
