Removed Skins?

Some skins that are featured on the Winamp.com homepage (not the skins page, but the index page) are said to be removed when I click on them for more info. More specifically, the skin Pho2K with the ID 60526. I searched in the skin removal forum for the title and number, but there were no results. What happened to this skin? Anybody know?
