problem with intro song
I'm having a problem with the intro song... if i turn on the intro song, then it won't play after the intro song complete.. it's just rebuffering and the time freeze.. no music playing. if i disable the intro then it works fine.. im currently using the newest broadcasting. does anyone know why it does this & know how to fix it? thx

They're not kidding when they say "Note that the intro file MUST be the same samplerate/channels as the live stream in order for this to work properly." in the sc_serv.ini/sc_sev.conf. Make sure it is encoded at the same kHz and channels (mono/stereo) as what you're trying to stream.

i know that
I understand about having the khz thing.. i have the intro file name as intro24, intro 128, so on.. and in the ini file.. i leave it as intro%d. the default it has.. for example. i stream it as 64khz. it played the intro file but it will stop the streaming right after the intro end.. and of coarse i'm still streaming. if i disable the intro. it will work okay.

128, 64, 96, 56 are bitrates (kbps). There is actually no problem if your intro file is at one bitrate and your stream at another (at least listening with Winamp). The problem arises when there is a switch in channels (stereo/mono) which ends up making your stream play really fast or slow, or in the case where the sampling frequencies (44, 22, 11 kHz) do not match. When the sampling frequencies do not match the stream stops like you have described. In Winamp the sampling frequency is to the right of the bitrate box and usually is 44, 22, or 11. Check the sampling frequency on your stream and the intro file.
