Screenshot. We are all lazy people.Well most of us anyways.

Are you uncomfortable using English or do you just talk like that?

note to everyone: Skinning has no language.Well not exactly.

Edit: fixed typo

Nice start, perhaps a little hard to use as i dont understand some of the numbers used. Plus theres a few minor bugs in the volume control and main windowshade mode.

If youre planning on submitting, please do the eq, playlist, minibrowser, avs etc...We wont publish skins without the eq or playlist skinned. Without the minibrowser and avs too it wont recieve much of a rating for completeness.

Welcome to skin love (wa2 skins) keerati

Wow!I actually downloaded a skin without seeing an ss.

What Atmo said. What language are the nos in?

I suggest putting a border on the display areas especially the vis area.
The pressed state of the shuffle and the max/min buttons are bugged.

I like it. It's something I would use if it were finished. I think the timer needs some work.

You ignorant people

Those are Thai-Khemer numbers. They are the official numbers of Thailand, Laos and Cambodia. They belong to the family of the numerical signs of Indian origin, related to the numbers of the ancient 'pali' genre.
Some of these numbers are so similar to each other that they may be misleading if you don't look at them carefully. Unlike other Indian notations, the Thai-Khemer 2 is more complicated than the 3 shape. The 5 differs from the 4 only in the top appendix. The 8 is practically symmetrical to the 6. The 7 may be mistook for the 9.

*LOVING IT*

Always like to see people working on cultural themes in skinning- especially people creating skins about their native homeland.

Personally I think you should replace the beveling you have with a golden border... going for a flatter overall appearance. (I normally think of thai decoration as 2D)

Can't wait to see what you can produce- looking forward to seeing a skin with lots of beautiful thai scrollwork all over it. (maybe Lai Phan Preuk Sa motifs?)

Malaysia is a multi-cultural society composed of three major groups: Malay, Chinese, and Indian - each, of course, with vastly different alphabets. Thailand, as far as I know, has one numerical alphabet. Numerical systems don't usually vary much from region to region like ordinary language does - largely because they always needed to be fairly universal for trade reasons.

This is a very beautiful skin. With some more work it could become a trully excellent skin. I love the gold decorations in the bottom right and left and the lcd-style background is intriging. Perhaps you need to blur it more where the numbers, vis and text areas so they seem to fit in.

Well, my post was mainly directed to Dam. The numbers we use are called 'arabic', but the Arabs use different ones. I meant that numbers are not linked to languages, but to writing systems, many languages (English, French, Spanish, Polish, Danish...) use the latin alphabet and the same 'arabic' numbers.

I'm sorry I went too off-topic in this thread...

Many Arabic countries use Indic numbers, but some use Arabic numbers. Although "Arabic" numerals were invented by the Indians, not the Arabs, and the Arabs actually write them from left to right.

It's not useless, and it's not trivia. Those departments are taken care of the many Star Wars discussions going on in this forum
