Also, www.gnucleus.com . Not always 100% reliable, but if you're willing to wait, it'll get results eventually. It's open source, spyware free, and based on gnutella, which was created by Nullsoft people.
-=Gonzotek=- But I'm feeling much better now. |

Direct Connect gets my vote, but I prefer perusing through FTP sites.

Yeah well FTP is about the only thing I can do. Still waiting for one of those P2P programs to support HTTP Proxys (not SOCKS)

If your looking for music go to the same link as Winamprocker gave and download Audiogalaxy. It has the biggest selection of music and nobody has yet to give me the name of a program with more of a variety of music. It sucks at everything else though. Kazaalite handles the rest fine

I have never used Kazaa, purely on the basis that it has spyware.

comfortable using kazaa
I am comfortable using kazaa. It is much better than any other P2P software I have ever used. Any objections?

The BDE projector program installed with Kazaa spies on websites you visit, adds multimedia adverts, and in the future will make you a part of a distributed network of computers running whatever they dictate. But if you don't mind that sort of thing, there's no problem

P2P software networking
Powerful computer and telecommunications companies are allying with upstart file-swapping service Kazaa in a bid to overhaul the way record labels are paid for music and other content distributed on the Net.This is reallygood to know and now we can think of the advantages thatcan come to us with this fabtastic P2P software networking.
