Skin submittion problems.

Before you ask, I'm a newbie. I am trying to submit a rammstein skin, but I am having trouble on the website's submittion program. I log in as normal, select "Submit Plugin/Skin" and select "Skin" from the drop down menu, but when I click "next" I get a 404 and I end up back at square 1 and very frustrated. Could anyone help me please? Thanks.

1)when did you try this last?
2)what browser are you using?
(i'll go check it out)
