Some Audio Software???

I am recording some stuff right now, and I want to know if anybody knows a link to one of two things. One, and free program that can make beats and music easily, (eg.MTV Music Generator). And two, a program that can mix and save music, (eg.An Audio Editing Tool). If you have a link that could help me out, plz post it. If you have a program you could share with me, private message me for details on how you could help me out. Thx people.

Most decent music creation / editing software can only be bought. The free stuff is usually crap.

You may want to consider sites that illegally distribute software

So your saying everything free is crap? There is great programs for free for every type of task. You just have to find it. And i'm looking for the best. I could also use a name of these "great" programs that cost $$$. That would still help. And by the way, Winamp is free.
