can't tune in

every time i try to tune in somewhere I get the message:
access to the specified device, path, or file is denied.
What do I have to do?

Let me know what version of Winamp you are using and I'll move this to the proper tech support forum and they should be able to help you out. Also it would be of help to the folks if you could give more details of you system (i.e. hardware, OS, what version of Winamp, etc.)
