in the winamp playlist there should be buttons 2 let u cut, copy & past, so u can cut, copy & paste songs from 1 playlist in2 another, & when u generate a HTML page for the playlist it only displays the artist & the song name, for each track it should display all the information that is in the ID tag such as the album, genre, year & comments faraztheg@hotmail.com

HTML playlist contains song titles. To customize song titles for mp3s go to mpeg decoder plug-in settings, "tag formatting" tab and choose whatever you want.
