The Boy and his Breeder Reactor

Here is an interesting story about a Boy Scout who went a little too far in trying to achieve a merit badge in Atomic Energy. From smoke alarms, lantern components, the paint from radio clocks, and a little help from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, David Hahn attempted to build a nuclear reactor in his mother's shed. Regarding his excessive radioactive exposure, Hahn says, "I don't believe I took more than five years off my life."

Sound interesting. I'm afraid I'm too lazy to read that whole thing right now, though. /me adds bookmark

Mammory eh?

By any chance is there some homogenized beverage in there?

"Welcome to the Island of people who know too much."..."Did you really think balloons would stop him?!"
See what I'm listening too.
