Possible rip report.

I've noticed two skins in the DB that look quite similar:

Knight Test - CID: 67145
Knight Rider Test - CID: 69428

And I've noticed another problem, the Knight Test skin is reported as being published June 21, 2001 @ 10:6 PM - I'm assuming that that means 10:06?
