How do I turn the sound off for me but still broadcast to others?
Hi every one. I'm new here and I know that this might be a stupid question but I seem to have a problem with getting rid of the sound for me only while broadcasting. I assume that when I turn the sound down with the fadder, that it turns the sound down for the listener also.
I would like to put the station up, mute it for me only and let it run while I work on other audio projects . Besides that, I have no other problems with shout cast and I'm quite happy with it's performance. Thanks o.w.d |

You need to download the Null Output Plugin from here: http://www.winamp.com/plugins/detail...ponentId=28451
Select that as your output plugin, and it'll mute the sound for you, while still sending it at full volume through your ShoutCast DSP plugin. Hope this helps, and1k. I would thank you kindly not to sniff my chicken |

and1k,
Thank you very much. I have a recording studio program on my computer called cool edit pro and I wanted to work on things while the station was going. I was starting to think that I was missing something and I guess I was. Thanks again. o.w.d |
