LQT to WAW or to MP3
Hi
I couldn't find any information on this forum about LQT to WAV conversion plugin. I have tried several Disk Writer-like plugins. They work fine with mp3 and vqf, but when I try to convert an lqt file, winamp just plays the song. I have the original Liquid Audio plugin for the LQT playback installed. I couldn't find a standalone converter utility or the cd-burning software that would work with LQT. The only thing that works in this case is Total Recorder, or its alternatives, that extract the audio directly from the soundcard. But this way is a pest, because it only works for me in the real time playback. I don't think I do something wrong with Disk writer-like or mp3-output plugins, because they work just fine for VQF or mp3. It probably has something to do with the Liquid Audio itself. I've got quite a bit of the heavy metal albums downloaded, that are in LQT, so I would really like to find an easier solution for this conversion, than Total Recorder. If somebody is familiar with the subject, I would appreciate any help in this matter. Thank you. |

LQT is a secure proprietry audio format.
If you can't convert to WAV/MP3 with Liquid Player, then I doubt if you'll be able to do it with Winamp. As far as I know, you can use Liquid Player to burn to Audio CD, then rip the CD as normal ?! |
