Volume Control

Most of my MP3s have come from my own private collection of CDs. However, there are a few that I've d/led from different sites. Of course, some of these MP3s are MUCH louder than my other MP3s.

My question: Is there a way to normalize the volume for every MP3 that's broadcast? I'm sure having to adjust the volume every so often is a pain in the ass for my listeners, and I'd like to have WinAmp do it for me automatically, before it goes to broadcast.

Is there a way to do this?
