But I am sure some are faster than others. Like dBpowerAMP seems to be faster than MP3 To All Converter...and so on.

converting from one format to another is something you definitely should NOT do :=) you're loosing too much quality.
wav -> lossy format, but no more conversions afterward. if you want it in ogg, but have it in mp3, get the cd/vinyl/whatever, do a wav rip and encode it yourself. |
