The recorded songs repeat

Help me please. Whenever I test, there is something wrong.
First of all, it takes at least 3 seconds for what I say to go
on shoutcast. 3 seconds later from what I have said. It will
be on my clients. And if the clients stop and press play again. They would have to listen all the way from the beginning...
please help me... I think it is not streaming!!! please!!

SHOUTcast is NOT Real Time. There is buffering on the sevrer and buffering on the client. This is the itnernett, not FM air-waves. if SHOUTcast wasn't bufferd it would skip so much it would be unuseable.
