PC stuck when Broadcasting

Hi There,

I have a problem, when I play winamp there is nothing wrong, but when I want to Broadcast, then after a few minutes, and sometimes after one hour my computer is stuck, so that i have to start it up again.
Before I had this new computer everything worked great!!
I have installed the soundcard (CM18738/C3DXPCI Audio Device) again, and installed Winamp (2.8) including all the necessary plugins again.
Nothing helped.

XP Pro
AMD Athlon 1.6 Gig 266Mhz
256 DDR
Ndivia Riva TNT 64m Video

Does Anyone have an idea??
