Vis rotation

This is probably one of those "it was done 5 years ago!" questions, but...

Are there any plugins that rotate (or possibly even cross fade) visualisation plugins? I know 'Vizualisation MUX' sort of does this for windows plugins, but I'd like something to smoothly rotate between visualisation plugins...

Nope actually there is not.

Vis Mux is the best there is. There would proabably be problems switch resolution and initialise all the different plug-ins at full screen and at the very least you will have a paiuse between the different visuals.

If you want variety use a plug_in that has a huge select of scenes and auto transitions like AVS or MilkDrop.
