Yeah, I know the feeling. Ive been feeling like shit for months now. I get off the net around 2am on average and then read, watch tv, take a shower and other things too which takes me sometimes up to 4:30am.

Oh, and this happens on school nights too.
But in 2 weeks time I will be nearly at Greece (cos we are driving there)

so i'm gonna go to bed at like 11pm every night before we go.

I think its a habit for me to go bed late really. I don't think I would be able to fall asleep before 12am anymore.

end of rant.

I don't understand all this bitching about tiredness that we suffer nowadays. If you tired, just fucking go to sleep. Problem solved.

rm', its not as always as straight forward as that. Some people, including my uncle can't get to sleep very easily (there is a name for the disorder which i forgot)

Personally, the saying enough is enough doesn't register with me which is why I am up so late, early rather.

Anywayz, I just make up for lost sleep in pointless lessons at school, Religious Studies for example.

Its weird though how no matter how hard he tries to relax he can only get around 2 hours of sleep in a night.

I have had sleeping problems in the past (of course, not to the extent of some people) but it really does take it out on you and make you a grumpy person to be around!
