Cant find listing I think i'm almost there

i am directed strait to a cabel modem no router involved and i get this message

i use the shoutcast source winamp plugin to connect and it says i'm broadcasting i just cant find my station in the listing i feel really stupid becaus i know i have probubly read the annser in some other pst and didnt relise it can someone help me?
