.m/.maki icons

i was borded so here are some icons (not winxp/os x style) for .m and .maki exts. If you already have some made good, other wise read on. I am going to asume that everyone here knows how to set icons for file type assocs.

otherwise you go

windows explorer
--tools
----Folder Options...
------Tab File Types
--------Hit the 'M' Key to you see 'M' file type.
----------Advanced: Change Icon
--------Find 'Maki' and do the same
--------Hit Ok

also included is the default player icon and general wa3 assoc icon.

that i made myself, you may like. but i didnt make a maki icon
