ICY 404 Resource not found ???

hi,

as a complete newbie i followed all the steps of your tutorials. the server is up and running, there are some files in winamp playing, but when i try to connect to the stream (http://###.###:8000/listen.pl) with another instance of winamp to test the stream, this error occures: [icy 404 resource not found...

do i have to make a playlist manually? where do i have to store it?

i already disabled my firewall, first thought: the port is blocked...but nope...
