Encoder Setting Reseting!!!

When ever me or my other DJ are transmitting, their encoder setting keeps going back to 24kbps. We all have to keep switching back. The dso still says your at 40-80kbps, but the site and the listners says it says 24kbps. Also, listners have been complaining that the music stops all of a sudden, yet the DJ hasnt stopped. So the listners have to press play/reconnect again just to hear it again. Does anyone know how to fix this?
