hai i have listening problem with my radio. i broadcast from souncard input and set to 22kHz and stereo. i choose encoder 1 with the setting 40kbps, 22kHz and stereo. everyting looks fine, but when i tested on another computer then i hear sounds like alvin and the chipmunks, whats wrong? i think cause the lack of bandwidth but when i reduce the encoder into 24kbps,22kHz and mono its still produce the same sounds. i also test my upload speed and give me result 51 kbps.
