error syncing to mpeg - ******

Hello everybody,
I'm new at this, but managed to set up my server and am able to listen to it correctly when I point to my actual IP address. The server is running fine and listed under the shoutcast directory.

Now, my problem is that when I try and point to my ****** ip I get an "error syncing to mpeg" message. I don't know if that has anything to do with my work's firewall, but its definatly not working. The crazy thing is that when you go to
http://djhemp.******.com:8000 you can see the index file. What is the problem then? Try and click on the "listen" link and it should give you the error.

Please help! I searched for the error message and no posts referenced this actual problem. Thanks!

P.S. If it wasn't for this forum, I probably would have never been able to set up the server correctly! Thanks guys!
