Memory Usage and Processes on DNAS 1.8.9 linux-glibc6

I have an sc_serv.ini configured to relay another server. When I run the DNAS with 2 listeners, I have the following amount of processes and memory usage:

Why does a single instance of sc_serv with 2 listeners require 6 processes using 2.6 megs each?
