No bugs to report coz...
... it can't even start up yet.
Get the dreaded "program has caused an error in module studio.exe" error with the whole stackdump etc. etc. (you know the drill). Have tried to install it on 2 completely different pc's (only thing in common is the OS -win98se ver: 4.10.2222A). Left default install options. Been posted but error caused in different module (common.dll and kernel.dll was mentioned before), but we all do seem to share the same OS... No problems running winamp2 (unrelated, but still). This may be over my head, but on both pc's version 6.4 of mediaplayer is installed (the last GOOD version of mediaplayer, refuse to install higher). Since WA3 plays movies now, does it rely on mediaplayer components (like almost every other videoplayer like BSplayer etc. but they don't have any problems on these configs) and does it require a minimum version of mediaplayer to be installed? PC1: Duron (morgan core) 1GHZ pc on NV crush chipset, no addin boards. PC2: Pentium4 (willamette) 1.6ghz on i845 chipset, addin boards for video (r8500, network) integrated sound. Same error... |
