+ added a seek bar
+ added repeat,shuffle,crossfade toggle button
+ added video to the components list that is shown in the main layout
+ worked out the lightning problem with the black regions
+ tweaked the border graphics
+ removed useless pngs
+ redid all the scripting part and it's now working without a single flaw
+ you can now close the active component in the main layout by clicking on its icon or name
+ tweaked the color schemes
+ upgraded the whole thing to make it work for wa3 1.0 final

One small suggestion, how about a mod that would allow people to create there own style for it, like replace all the images but without moving anything or changing it in a major way.
Just thought it would be cool. =)

I thought about that once, doing a all-in-one design that could be re-designed by replacing some pngs within the skin by anyone with gfx talent ... maybe one day

i love this skin, its soooo comfortable

thank you, a skin wich is easy to use and compact

i have some suggestions for it:
-work more with the window in the middle (let all components open in it and on right click on a component I can open it in a new window)
-make a volume bar
-make a thinger button, so that i can turn off the top of the skin.
-make a button to close the middle window (change the heigh of the skin, that you cannot see the middle window)
-funktion to enable/disable the statusbar
-> so you can disable all an have oly the buttons and the seekbar (and the volumebar and the buttons to enable the thinger and the statusbar)
-the picture behind the cbuttons change not if i use a other skin color

then the middle window are automaticaly disabled and you don't need the "Mid" button

(the regions you decided to remove will be automaticaly removed on startup)
+ added the ability to resize the skin from all the sides and corners

this is a release mostly based on the suggestions of voodoopower

I once had an idea for a skin where you could move the parts around by entering an edit mode. A script would get the mouse location then move the part. On quit save to private int then move all the parts again on load. If you used sperate files for each graphic you would have a totally configurable skin. The reason I mention this here is Robouk's comment. I may make a simple example of what I am talking about.

i like it nirv... the simplest and coolest skin. but i think you could do better graphicwise.... try not to be the same as the default skin like button in the playlist , the scrollbar etc... nice one man

can yo add the other features?
and add a right click menu at the thinger remove button link in winamp3 default skin if i right click on the thinger logo.

it is the skin i use now.
its really the best compact skin, better then the default!!

but i found a bug:
i clicked on the AVS and click there dock in config, now i cant close the config window and i can only remove it if i click on the AVS symbol again, but then i can't open the playlist or media libary
if i use a other skin, i have now the sampe problem.

or is it a WA3 bug?

ahh, i know how to fix the bug, but every time i dock in config with your skin it will be back.

I'm no good in doing graphics. WasabiStudio is based on a concept of Brennan and a super old psd of Steve. It could have been the default skin at one point, that's why the graphics looks like winamp3 default skin.

hmm.. i mean that you add to the thinger button (disabe/enable it) the right click menu like in the default skin.

and that you add a button to close the middle window (where are displayed the stff like playlist and avs)

then i think its a good idea to add a right click menu to open the stuff like playlist on normal click in the middle window and on rigcht click i can choose to open it in a new window (if i want to open more the one component)

eq, preferences and minibrowser should open in the middle window

and to the bug:
enable the AVS, then right cclick on it and chosse "dock in config" and see that you can't close the AVS config window.

if you now swich to a other skin -> same problem!
you can solve this problem if you change something in the studio.ini

to: cfg_docked=0
