Unable to start mp3 vbr's after a stop!!

hi there,
might this be a bug after 3 years of development ???

alright, this is what i do, i load an mp3 with vbr, it starts to play
, everething normal. BUT, if i press stop before the song is finished, it rewinds automaticly as it should, but when i try to play again, it won't . i have to reload the song to be able to hear it play, because if i dont reload it just doesnt go.

VBR=Variable BitRate

ok gotten a tip about fresh installing , seems to have done the tric.
works as it should now.
did a clean install the previous time also , only one slight difference , i cleaned the studio.exe entry from registry this time.
