BUG: Not showing complete classic skin!

To reproduce this bug do this:

- First switch Winamp 5 to the Classic skin.
- Then minimize winamp 5.
- Then click right on the Winamp 5 Button on the taskbar, and close the program.
- Then start Winamp 5 again, and you will see, a part of the skin is missing!

You can get it back, to right click on the taskbar button, and then: Restore format or something. (I only got a Dutch windows.)

A part of the skin isn't missing.
The bug is that the playlist and video windows are erroneously maximized, when in fact they should be minimized like the rest of the program.

ie. if you close Winamp in a minimized state, it should still be minimized when you reopen it. So, to view the whole program maximized, you would then need to click the taskbar/systray icon to restore it.
