is it still fully not supported for unicode?

I was wondering if this is normal. I saw another post with someone viewing Hebrew on Winamp. Artist - Title where there's EQ and everything, but I can't seem to view my Korean font.

If u can, how do you do it? Thank you.

1. Winamp > Prefs > Playlist: select a unicode font (eg. Arial Unicode MS)

2. Winamp > Prefs > Skins > Modern Skins > Font Rendering tab

As you can see, it works just fine for me :/

My preferences are absolutely identical to those in the picture you linked, but it still doesn't work. Unicode support, I've got to say, is totally shoddy, not even considering the lack of function in the media library.

it pretty much only works in the playlist editor and the main window at the moment.

their is a plan to fix this one day. (it takes a long time to do this, the media library aparrently needs to be mostly rewritten and with such a small dev team, this might take a while)

unicode anything is new to winamp, as it was originally written with only english character sets in mind.

Yes. Arial Unicode MS comes with MS Office.
If you don't have it then you'll have to choose a different appropriate font instead (ie. a Korean font).

DejaVu is a free truetype font family of fairly good quality (non-ascii characters would improve with more severe hinting, but I do like them even thus).

The DejaVu font family can be downloaded freely AFAIK.
