CD Burning conflicts hard Disk Space

Hi, newbie here. Sorry, I can't seem to find the right topic to look for so i posted a new thread.

Please help me find the solution because winamp ate my hard disk space when I burn with "burn-proof" enabled. I can't locate the cache file that winamp uses to back up my burning. this is really a crisis for me because i am really low on memory(hard disk space) as in 1 mb disk space when this anomally manifested itself.

would system restore fix this?
does winamp automatically deletes the cache?

please help. you reply will be very much appreciated. I'll be visiting the forums next week.
