Shoutcast Source DSP 1.9.0 installer has a very old version of enc_aacplus.dll

Shoutcast Source DSP 1.9.0 installer has a very old version of enc_aacplus.dll

And that is not the main problem,
the main problem is that none of these dll's have version information, and I got no idea how the installer script is written but the DSP installer replaces/overwrites whatever enc_aacplus.dll Winamp already have.

So if you want to install Winamp and make sure that the DSP you install have the latest version of the enc_aacplus.dll then you have to do the following:

Install latest Winamp, install Shoutcast Source DSP 1.9.0,
install Winamp again because the DSP installer replaced the enc_aacplus.dll with a old version (copyright 1998-2005).

Either the Shoutcast Source DSP installer need to be updated and the version "bumped" each time a new enc_aacplus.dll is available,
or enc_aacplus.dll need to be removed from the Shoutcast Source DSP installer (the dll is bundled with the "full" Winamp installer anyway),
or start using version info for the dll's and let the cool NSIS installer automatically avoid replacing dll's with older versions by doing version comparison.
