Source code AVS 2.81d

On http://www.nullsoft.com/free/avs/ you can still only download the source for AVS v2.81b.
DrO posted some updated files that he said to be all the files that were changed for version 2.81d.

I have overwritten main.cpp, render.cpp, res.rc, wnd.cpp and wnd.h with the new files from DrO and made a single zipfile so that it's better accessible for those who are interrested.

I just hope that those are the changes for b to d, and not just for c to d.)

Here is the compiled vis_avs.dll file (v2.81d)

(Also usefull if 2.82 gives you problems, so you don't need to download/install an older version of winamp)
unzip to (by default) C:\Program Files\Winamp\Plugins\
