Playlist Repeating entries

When I select a directory to load, the playlist is populated twice with whatever files are in the directory. Same thing happens if "Recurse Subdirectories" is checked.

Version: 4.72

I've made sure the following options are OFF:
Preferences -> Options -> Manual Playlist Advance
Preferences -> File Types -> Enqueue as Default Action

I noticed this happening with the 4.7 releases.

this happens if

1. the playlist (m3u/pls) is in the same directoty as the files

2. you have installed two input plug-ins that are associated with the same filetype (eg. MAD decoder and Nullsoft MPEG Audio Decoder), you have to disable one of them
