Nullsoft should use Winamp agent (not using those stupid characters) where u could say the title of the song and then it would play it. And Msagent's voice recognition is very good and dont tell me that names of bands arent in the dictionary, because it can understand that

i can't imagine voice recognition working, when my speakers are blowing out techno beats at 140bpm... great idea though, but it would probably only work with huge filters or Mozart on the background.

No see I have 10,000 songs, so when I want to choose a song I would say the name of the song, not while another song is playing cause it wouldnt work, as you pointed out

They have a plug-in for WA 2.7x that you can use a 'hotkey' and type in the song you want to listen to, or use key words. and it will search your playlist directory and it will pop up w/ all songs found.
Here it is... http://www.winamp.com/customize/deta...omponentId=527 and you can customize the colors and font. |

Great thinking BigStarPlaya... But I guess the guys at Winamp thought of that too. Hmm, what would the j key do? Indeed it pops up a dialog, allowing you to search your playlist, using keywords. Unless the plug-in has nothing more to offer, it kinda is overkill.
