I have Winamp 2.74, but this problem has been around for a long time before that. I have a bunch of plugins, but only the first few on the list show their files in the "File Types" list and associate those files with themselves. It's a real pain because I then have to manually associate the other extensions with WinAmp.

Yeah, this topic has been discussed once or twice b4 in the past.

In these 2 relevant threads, it turned out to be caused by Innover's Real Plugin:

If it's not Innoreal, then it's another plugin to blame.
Funnily enough, I have Innoreal installed, but don't have this problem.
You can try this fixed version . . .
