Can't upload new Skins

I keep getting Access Denied when i try to logon to upload a new skin ?? Help!

Occasionally, Nullsoft has database issues. Try again half a day later or so.

i've tried the whole patience thing for about a month. i still can't delete or edit any of my plugins or skinz

The skins database is going through a 'slight cookie problem'. Close all your browser windows, then attempt to get back in a few times. You will get the "Mike would love to kick your ass" message 1 or 2 times, then it should log you in correctly. They are in the middle of revamping the submission process.
