If I don't have install the quickrime, can I use the winamp to play .mov file.
I have quicktime 5.0 ,but now it can't run, everytime I run it,it just tell me the beta is expired,so I unstall it ,and go to apple.com to download a new verson, but when I install it, it still telll me the same word"the beta is expired",I still can't run it ,so I unstall it again. But now I can't play .mov with winamp ,and I can play it before I unstall the quicktime, now I use the winamp to play .mov ,it tell me the quicktime isn't install.but I install quicktime again ,it still tell me the beta can'y run,and the winamp still can't play .mov, what promble?
If any plugin can play .mov with winamp?or some sofeware can play it.

There are some video plug-ins but they require Quicktime to be installed to play quick time files. Try going to the Control PAnel and un-installing Quicktime completly before you run the quick time installer again, thats should work.

QuickTime needs to be installed to be able to play MOV files.
It sounds like you've installed the Pro version, and the trial period has expired.
Get the free version of QT5 here:

Did you try uninstalling QT first? (via Add/Remove Programs Control Panel)
If so, use the support section on the QT site to submit or search for your problem.

Also, check this site out maybe?
