We are killing ourselves more than the enemy is killing us. I mean, 14 or so dead in accidents, and about 10 in combat? And 1 killed from that phsyco that threw live grenades at other soldiers? Honestly, right now I would be more afraid of the other soldiers around me than the enemy.

considering all the times that friendly fire is avoided to the times that it isnt, it hasnt been that much. besides, you dont know how often deaths happen in training exersizes that the media doesnt cover.

untill we are in the war we have no way to girp how hard it is, and and how easy it would be to accidently kill one of your own men. And remember that some of the iraq people are dressing up like us solders so we really have to look out!

With ~300,000 troops there, it becomes very hard to avoid no deaths from friendly fire. The rate is a lot lower, but the total is higher. That will change when we attack Bahgdad

Well, enemy fire has now gone above friendly fire.

well, today, a British tank was hit by another British tank, killing 2 and injuring 2 others I believe.
