This article definately hit the nail on the head as far as what the auto industry look like right now. It is a global market and Toyota and Honda are starting to look more domestic then Ford or GM.

      If anything I believe that Tesla should be supported. If you have the funds that is because it is not easy for them to have it cheap from the day 1
