I was always a fan of Eternal Darkness for GC

Amnesia - The Dark Descent, holy fuck balls, I couldn't play it in more than 2 hour periods, during daylight, with all the lights on I have.

I really liked the story though and im kinda terrified to play the sequel, Machination of Pigs when it comes out

Fear 2 had me mentally scarred for months after finishing it. That ending sequence is just... Eugh.

I honestly remember being scared in FABLE in the graveyard area. Obviously not the scariest game but, I was young and it was dark :P

No game is scary, but I love Friday the 13th. Game is so good. Little buggy, but I believe they captured the right scene.

I would say resident evil 7 biohazard. Its pretty scary.
