  • 4th of July

I'm going to a friends cabin to consume beverages and have roman candle fights, play strip pocker, and launch bottle rockets into the lake.

What's everyone else doing for the celebration of America's independence?

I'm doing community service. I'm helping set up a city street fair for city hall's 4th of July celebration.

40 ounces to freedom and some flying firearms...

A party just like I do it every year...
A very close Japanese friend I knew a while ago once said to me "Watashi no koto wo oboeta, onegai shimasu...Yakusoku?"

        I forgot his name though...

I am not american, but we have something similar - on the 17th of November 1989 there was the Prague Velvet revolution.
We get drunk every year in memory of the students (I am a student as well) who lead this revolution, which wiped the communists away and the czech and slovak nation became free again!
Long live to the students, the only civil-movement with power to change a set-up future!!!!
How do they call the Big Mac? Big Mac's a Big Mac, but they call it Le Big Mac! LE BIG MAC?!

i'll be at my parents' house for a big family party... watching different fireworks displays on tv... taking turns with the other parents yelling at the kids to not point the fire crackers towards the house... gorging myself on the bar-b-que and other assorted food. then on saturday it's to another house party with more food and this time alcohol.

ShyShy, I knew you were a party animal.

I'll be on a rowing boat in Boston harbour having a cup of tea.

Today...well yeasterday, since it is past midnight...I went to the opening ceremony for the Inventing Flight celebration going on for 17 days in Dayton, OH. Watched the fireworks show (absoultely spectacular). It ain't a fireworks display until you can feel the shockwaves in rapid succession.

Tomorrow I'll be doing more traditional 4thy stuff.

Just so you know, my previous avatar was NOT a swastika, nor did it have much similarity to one. Just thought I'd clear that up since I cannot use my own original art work.
