1 Year anniversary with girlfriend...Help.

Well as the title states today is my 1 year anniversary with my girlfriend Krystal. A lot of my friends have told me that I am very romantic and for our anniversary I bought her a ring which is shown
Here except the one I got is a white gold band not yellow. Anyway, I am trying to figure out a really romantic way of giving it to her, I dont want to look at her and say "Uh...here" I've thought of a few ideas but I was wondering if you guys had any. Im not going to give it to her until August 6th so that gives me some time. Thanks

Haven't you learned anything from movies???? Put the ring in a wine glass or bread roll or something. Actually...you could just give it to her and replace the "Uh.....here" with a poem or an ad-lib "from the heart" speech. Romantic dinner at nice places are good too. Or a picnic dinner on a beach alone. Good luck.

You could have some of your friends in ski masks go to her house and kidnap her, then take he to meet you somewhere exotic, like in the middle of no-where. Of course you wouldn't her to think that it was a real kidnapping cause then the police might get involved.

One of my friends something like this to her boyfriend, but he was really crazy and it didn't work out too well.

Well, congratulations to you and your girlfriend in the first place! I personally am not one of those very romantic, jewelery loving girls, so I'm probably no good advice but I think that you shouldn't be so concerned about it. I mean, you've been together for this time, you love each other, there's nothing you could do really wrong with the ring to mess it up (well, except when you put it in a piece of bread and she eats it ). I bet she'll be happy to whatever you'll say about how you feel about her and the relationship that you really like her and all that. But I agree with Phily, making it a little funny wouldn't be wrong at all, I love when my boyfriend makes me laugh.

But the most important thing is: don't try to make up something you don't feel comfortable with just because it sounds cool (e.g. Don't try to be funny if you don't think it's a good idea). Be yourself, that's how she knows and loves you and everything will be fine.
