the internet has become doomed by over commercialization and newbies. if we could create a new network that was non-commercial and not newbie freindly that would be nice (but is that likely too happen, i think not)
i think i will stick to napster beta 7 w/ napigator and using gnutella

I in my humble opinion think that whatever they do they cannot ban us from getting our music there always will be sth like napster, some new methode of protecting data that gets hacked in a few days....

this sux tho, @home are peckers and will likely try to limit me, they always jump at any chance to save their precious bandwith to allow more customers to clog the network. They'd love to cap me at 128/128 just so 10x as many people could cram here.
too bad gnutella and the clones are slow, unreliabe and can't show bitrates"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." - Edmund Burke

give me a break...someone will just make a program to remove the napster added layers from the mp3's so ripping to cds will be enabled again.
and i have a question.... why is it that everybody is sticking with beta 7 instead of 9.6? isnt it better now? someone explain.

I think it's time to start boycotting the music industry. I say everyone "not buy" any music for three months. I'm thinking of creating a chain letter to this effect. To get the message out to people who don't use napster.
I think the RAII is a bully that needs to put in it's place and the only way to do it is with money. Maybe they will calm down if their revenues drop off.
What does everybody think of this?
