Free HTML Poll

I'm looking for a free system that you can log into and make a poll. I want to edit it every week without editing the HTML code it spits out. I want to be able to use the same code. Bravenet uses this, but i'm fed up with their pop up ads.

I've googled for an hour, created so many pecking accounts and still have not come close. Anyone know of any off hand?

If you can run php on your web server, why not just use a script?.

I can't run php on the server i'm on. ASP is supported but i cant chmod it or anything, only FTP access. Thus, Bravenet was the way to go untill the put up annoying pop-ups.
