A grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn, green beans, and mozzarella casserole-ish thing.
Spiral out, my friend. You will find your way back to yourself, we all will.
I'll be waiting, and shall see you on the other side...

Stouffer's Grilled Vegetable French Bread Pizza with a sprinkling of a seasoning we use that is two parts chili powder, one part sugar, and one part black pepper.

Peppered turkey breast and gravy over rice.

With the advent of this thread, I've stepped back and taken a good look at the utter crap that I've been eating lately. In an effort to save prep time, I've resorted to meals from a can and other frozen death bombs. That's why the turkey, lots and lots of it did I buy along with salads.
We're entering that time of year when we pour very little concrete and the below-zero temps basically lead to hibernation when Chev packs on the pounds, so I'm also about to order a home gym.
This winter also marks my 20th year of snowboarding

            Less feast and more fitness.

Tonight it's Castleberry's Beef Stew (not on recall list) over homemade noodles with grated parmesan cheese. It will be the last Castleberry's product we'll get (if fact it was the only one), not because of the recall of their other products, but because there is so much sodium and fat in their stew (which is probably why it tastes so good).

Red meat, 140 for rare; 145 for medium rare ... dunno anything past that. I am sure 180 would turn her into charred carbon.
