Animate This!

I need a background for a green screen but it's not animated. Does anyone have an animated gif or movie that is of a tv control room or could someone animate this so it looks like some images are moving?

A gif as background? Why don't you use a looped video clip?
Or, even better, place various clips in those monitors (any half-decent video editing software can do that).

I dont have a looped video of a control room, but i'm using Powerpoint to display graphics from my computer's svideo out into the video mixer.

Use that jpeg and overlay clips on it where the monitors are.
Then use a video player to play it, not bloody powerpoint.

Yeah...that'll work. I can loop it and animate the time, but, I still can import it into Powerpoint. (Powerpoint has all of the slides we use for the video4 on the show) Do you have any freeware suggestions on how I can acomplish this?

Avisynth
And AvsP which makes it quite a bit less of a pain to position the overlays (see user sliders), like this:

(to loop individual clips add .Loop() after LanczosResize)
