Yeah, coming back into something like this after years away will definitely bring back a curious mix of memories & emotions. One funny thing that's kept it installed along the way with me is that the few things I'd found nearly as easy to use ended up with spyware or wanting to install extra ware or just decided to make a buck harvesting your data since it was installed on your system.. I've never had that concern with Winamp. And, it still does the trick great for playing music and being able to enjoy great AVS (visual effects) if you want 'em.
Plus, excited to see how the new iterations shape up.!

Talk about some nostalgia.. I went back into ActiveWorlds and looked at things I built there in 1999. I really need to fix some of that stuff up but, instead got into using their newer capabilities and have found a much more refined experience now that I'm not just slappin' parts onto the ground to see what I could put together but, designing things that are definitely more mature products (compared to thrown up walls & floors that you hoped would meet and not overlap).

Dunno if you used IrfanView but, it's still around too and working great for image tasks.

Yeah, gettin' old though.. Wish I'd known then what I do now. haha

ScorLibran – half Scorpio, half Libra. I think he was one of the guys named Chris. I vaguely recall he hooked up with Missy IRL for a while. He also got into building and selling custom PCs. He also also spent some time with us over at Pabook, as did Missy, from memory.
